Herc Rentals is seeking an IT Enterprise Applications Senior Manager to own the Oracle EBS Procure-to-Pay environment, guiding enhancements and ensuring close readiness across the business. This leadership role partners with operations, finance, and IT partners to deliver scalable PTP solutions in a fast-paced enterprise setting.

The successful candidate will bring deep Oracle EBS R12 expertise, strong people leadership, and a track record of delivering complex ERP initiatives, while mentoring

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Oracle applications and technologies experience.
• Extensive hands-on Oracle EBS R12 functional configuration and design.
• Own Oracle EBS PTP modules: INV, PO, AP, iSupplier, iProcurement, GL.
• Lead Oracle EBS functional workstreams, patches, and upgrades.
• Mentor functional analysts and manage onsite/offshore resources.

Responsabilités

• Lead PTP application management activities at Herc Corporate.
• Collaborate with operations to gather requirements and drive changes.
• Maintain Oracle ERP for PTP with enhancements, patches, fixes.
• Support financial close readiness and IT roadmap.
• Manage and direct PTP Functional Analysts.
• Guide development team on PTP activities.
• Document requirements and reports; ensure user acceptance.
