Herc Rentals in Bonita Springs, FL, seeks an IT Enterprise Applications Senior Manager to own the Oracle EBS PTP environment and drive enhancements.

Lead the PTP team, coordinate with operations, ensure financial close readiness, and align IT with strategic roadmaps.

Requires 10+ years in Oracle applications with EBS R12, strong leadership, and excellent communication. Extensive experience configuring INV, PO, AP, iSupplier and iProcurement is required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle applications and technologies.
• Oracle EBS R12 functional configuration and design in PTP modules (INV, PO, iSupplier, iProcurement, AP, GL).
• Ability to lead Oracle EBS functional workstreams and mentor analysts.
• Ability to learn, train end users on Oracle applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Procure-to-Pay (PTP) application management at Herc Corporate.
• Collaborate with operations to capture requirements and implement changes.
• Maintain Oracle ERP for PTP with patches, upgrades, and fixes.
• Ensure accurate financial close using Oracle ERP.
