Helmerich & Payne in Tulsa, OK is seeking an experienced Oracle E-Business Suite technical lead to design, develop, and deploy EBS Finance solutions (R12+). You will mentor a team of developers, drive upgrades, and collaborate with Finance, Accounting, and IT to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

The role requires deep expertise in Oracle Financials modules and hands-on experience with RICE components, Oracle SQL/PLSQL, and OA Framework.

Qualifications

10+ years Oracle E-Business Suite technical development experience, with at least 5+ years in a lead or senior developer role.
Strong expertise in Oracle Financials modules (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, SLA).
Proficiency in Oracle SQL, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, BI Publisher, Workflow, and OA Framework.

Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of Oracle EBS Finance solutions (R12+).
Partner with Finance, Accounting, and IT to gather requirements and translate needs into technical solutions.
Oversee development and maintenance of custom extensions, interfaces, conversions, and reports (RICE components).
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to a team of developers.
Manage configurations, performance tuning, and troubleshooting across Oracle EBS Finance modules.
Lead upgrades, patches, and integrations with other enterprise apps.
Develop and maintain technical documentation (design specs, test plans, deployment procedures).
Ensure SOX, security, and data governance compliance.
