Job summary

Indus Group is seeking a hands-on Senior Project Manager to lead a complex ManMan-to-Oracle EBS manufacturing ERP migration from mobilization through go-live and hypercare. You will build integrated schedules, manage cross-functional workstreams across Manufacturing, Finance, Planning, Sourcing, Logistics, and IT, and drive data conversion, testing, cutover, and executive reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of IT Project Management experience with significant ERP implementation experience in manufacturing.
• Strong experience leading Oracle EBS implementations or migrations.
• Multi-site manufacturing experience.
• Experience with data conversion, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong project planning, financial, vendor-management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage integrated project schedules, critical paths, milestones, dependencies, resources, and budgets.
• Coordinate business and IT workstreams across Manufacturing, Order Management, Planning, Sourcing, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Engineering, Data, Integrations, Testing, Security, Training, and Cutover.
• Drive data cleansing, conversion, reconciliation, and business validation.
• Lead testing cycles, defect management, readiness reviews, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Manage project risks, issues, actions, decisions, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
• Manage external implementation partners and consultants.
• Provide clear, concise executive-level status reporting and facilitate leadership/stage-gate reviews.

• Coordinate business and IT workstreams across Manufacturing, Order Management, Planning, Sourcing, Finance, Warehouse, Logistics, Engineering, Data, Integrations, Testing, Security, Training, and Cutover.
• Drive data cleansing, conversion, reconciliation, and business validation.
• Lead testing cycles, defect management, readiness reviews, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.

• Proven experience with data conversion, integrations, testing, cutover, go-live, and hypercare.
• Strong project planning, financial, vendor‑management, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Multi‑site manufacturing experience.
• Experience with inventory organizations and intercompany processes.
• PMP or comparable certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Project, Workfront, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Change‑management and business-readiness experience.
