Job summary

MSR Technology Group seeks a Senior ERP Developer to design, develop, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite solutions across key finance and operations modules. You will lead technical work, mentor junior developers, and drive improvements from design through deployment in collaboration with analysts, DBAs, and project managers.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience, strong SQL/PL-SQL skills, and familiarity with Agile/DevOps environments.

Qualifications

Bachelor Degree in Computer Science or related field is required or
Associate Degree with 10 years related experience required or
High School Diploma/GED with 12 years related experience required
5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience
Strong experience with Oracle ERP modules and integrations
Proven experience with ERP customization and support
Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development expertise
Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL environments

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and optimize Oracle EBS-based ERP solutions across modules.
Collaborate with analysts, functional teams, DBAs, and project managers to deliver scalable ERP solutions.
Lead lifecycle planning, design, development, testing, and deployment of ERP enhancements.
Mentor junior developers and champion code standards and best practices.
Perform performance tuning, root-cause analysis, and deployment coordination.
Explore Oracle Cloud technologies and integration frameworks for modernization initiatives.
Drive upgrades or large implementations in ERP environments.
