Job summary

GAS Energy Staffing LLC seeks a Senior ERP Developer to design, develop, and optimize Oracle E-Business Suite ERP solutions. Lead integrations, reporting, and modernization with Oracle Cloud while mentoring junior developers and ensuring scalable, reliable systems.

Work closely with analysts, DBAs, and project managers across ERP enhancements. The role requires 5+ years of Oracle EBS experience, strong SQL/PLSQL, and proven leadership in agile environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field and 8 years of related professional experience required
• Associate Degree and 10 years of related professional experience required; or
• High School Diploma/GED and 12 years of related professional experience required

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical leader on complex software development projects, partnering closely with designers, analysts, and other developers to create new programs and applications
• Lead significant components or entire projects, providing critical technical recommendations and collaborating with developers across other business lines
• Drive the planning and execution of the software development lifecycle for assigned projects
• Manage the end-to-end design, implementation, testing, and maintenance of sophisticated, scalable software products
• Write efficient, well-documented code according to specifications and develop custom software solutions to optimize business operations
• Lead software updates, testing, and enhancements to ensure the long-term health and functionality of the codebase
• Champion coding standards and software development best practices
• Research emerging software development tools and techniques and apply this knowledge to enhance functionality and improve internal processes
