Job summary

MSRcosmos LLC in Kansas City, MO seeks a Senior ERP Developer to design, develop, and support Oracle E-Business Suite-based ERP solutions. You will lead enhancements, integrations, and reporting, driving modernization efforts and cloud integration initiatives.

Collaborate with BAs, DBAs, and project managers; mentor junior developers; ensure performance, scalability, and code quality across ERP projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in CS or related field; 8 years related professional experience.
Associate degree + 10 years related professional experience.
High School diploma/GED + 12 years related professional experience.
5+ years of Oracle EBS development experience.
Strong experience with Oracle ERP modules and integrations.
Proven experience with ERP customization and support.
Advanced SQL and PL/SQL development expertise.
Experience in Agile, DevOps, or ITIL environments.

Responsibilities

Serve as a technical leader on ERP development projects, partnering with designers, analysts and developers.
Lead significant components or entire projects, guiding technical decisions across teams.
Drive planning and execution of the software development lifecycle for assigned projects.
End-to-end design, implementation, testing and maintenance of scalable ERP products.
Write efficient, well-documented code and create custom software solutions to optimize operations.
Lead efforts to perform software updates, testing and enhancement for code health.
Champion code standards and best practices.
Research emerging tools and techniques to enhance functionality and processes.
