Qualifications

• 15+ years of Oracle EBS experience in senior technical architecture roles for large-scale implementations and ERP transformations.
• Proficient in Oracle EBS R12.2 architecture, data model, APIs, Open Interfaces, SQL/PL/SQL, Concurrent Processing, Workflow, OAF, Forms, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP services.
• Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), enterprise integration patterns, Linux/Unix, security controls, performance tuning, and environment management.
• Cross-functional knowledge across Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), SCM (PO, INV, OM, BOM, WIP, Costing, ASCP), and Projects/Project Manufacturing (PA, PJM).

Responsibilities

• Define the overall Oracle EBS R12.2 target-state architecture, roadmaps, patterns, and principles.
• Lead technical design authorities, drive architecture reviews, and minimize unnecessary customizations.
• Design enterprise integration strategies (APIs, REST/SOAP, OIC, Oracle SOA) and architect data migration frameworks.
• Provide oversight for PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Forms, Workflow, BI Publisher, and custom components while preserving supportability.
• Lead client discovery and architecture workshops, mentor delivery teams, and translate complex tradeoffs for senior stakeholders.

This high-visibility, client-facing role defines target-state architecture, establishes integration and conversion strategies, provides governance, and acts as a trusted advisor to client leadership alongside functional delivery architects.

Key Responsibilities

• Architecture & Governance: Define the overall Oracle EBS R12.2 target-state architecture, roadmaps, patterns, and principles. Lead technical design authorities, drive architecture reviews, and minimize unnecessary customizations.
• Integration & Data Migration: Design enterprise integration strategies (APIs, REST/SOAP, OIC, Oracle SOA) and architect robust data conversion, staging, reconciliation, and migration frameworks.
• Extensions & Customization: Provide oversight for PL/SQL, OAF, Oracle Forms, Workflow, BI Publisher, and custom components while preserving Oracle supportability.
• Leadership & Workshops: Lead client discovery and architecture workshops, mentor delivery teams, and translate complex technical tradeoffs into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Technical Skills

• Experience: 15+ years of Oracle EBS experience (20+ preferred) in senior technical architecture roles for large-scale implementations and ERP transformations.
• Technical Stack: Oracle EBS R12.2 architecture, data model, Public APIs, Open Interfaces, SQL/PL/SQL, Concurrent Processing, Workflow, OAF, Forms, BI Publisher, and REST/SOAP services.
• Integration & Infrastructure: Expertise in Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), enterprise integration patterns, Linux/Unix, security controls, performance tuning, and environment management.
• Domain Knowledge: Cross-functional understanding across Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM), SCM (PO, INV, OM, BOM, WIP, Costing, ASCP), and Projects/Project Manufacturing (PA, PJM).

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with ERP consolidation, legacy rationalization, and Oracle Cloud (OCI/Cloud ERP coexistence).
• Familiarity with DevOps, CI/CD automated deployment, and AWS/Azure infrastructures.
• Relevant Oracle certifications in EBS, Database, Integration, or Architecture.
