Savantage Solutions is seeking a Senior Oracle Developer to support the full system life cycle of development and implementation of Oracle-based applications.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Oracle Interfaces, extensions, modifications, localization, and integrations using PL/SQL, Forms/Reports 10g or later, Oracle Workflow, BI Publisher, APEX, and the overall Oracle Applications Framework (OAF).
• Works collaboratively with the Development team and Business Analysis team to understand system design and function. Meets and interacts with clients to capture and translate business requirements into technical requirements.
• Develops functional and system design specifications for client engagements.
• Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs.
• Develop code per the system design and coding standards under minimal supervision and perform unit testing.
• Analyze code to review errors and participate in review sessions.
• Support System Integration testing (SIT), User Acceptance
• Testing (UAT), and Performance testing of the Oracle Applications.
• Create and maintain artifacts as needed by the project.
• Provide advice and technological solutions to support clients' demands.
• Develop technology integration or process improvement for a variety of business functions.
• Perform various analyses such as risk management and cost-benefit analysis.
• Utilize modeling, various measuring techniques, and economic disciplines to determine solutions.
• Plan and coordinate solution integration, implementation, and testing.
• Identify tools that help the client share information, manage processes, and convert raw data into information to manage processes and make informed decisions.

Knowledge, Skill, and Abilities:

• Must be able to obtain a security clearance
• Degree with 10+ years of hands-on Oracle technical development experience
• Experience supporting or implementing Oracle-based applications.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently manage multiple task assignments.
• Strong in PL/SQL, Forms, Reports, Alerts, and Workflow development (customizations and extensions)
• Strong technical knowledge of OA Framework development, including experience working with CEMLIs
• (Customization, Extension, Modification, Localization, Integration).
• Strong communication and presentation skills to be able to interact with business stakeholders.Experience with APEX preferred.
• Experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Enterprise Command Centers (ECC) configuration and setups preferred.

Education and Certification

• MA/MS degree. Years of experience may be substituted for education on a one-for-one basis.
• Oracle Certified Associate (OCA), Oracle Certified Professional (OCP), or Oracle Certified
• One IAT Level II certification such as Security+

Compensation

$150k - $180k (based on the National Capital Region)
