Savantage Solutions is currently looking for an Oracle EBS Functional Expert to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for gathering, refining, and compiling client business requirements for software changes. You will analyze client business requirements and translate them into design solutions across various projects.

Duties and Responsibilities

The candidate will perform the following duties and responsibilities, among others:

• Create functional design and configuration documents.
• Facilitate and participate in customer and stakeholder meetings.
• Document discussions in project meeting minutes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure requirements are clear, understood, and testable.
• Provide clarifications and revisions to requirements as needed throughout the release cycle.
• Update baseline documentation after each release, including requirements traceability matrix (RTM).
• Perform high-level functional testing of solutions with developers.
• Adhere to system development life cycle (SDLC) guidelines for documentation.
• Conduct peer reviews of team members’ work products.
• Plan and execute Oracle EBS upgrades and patches.
• Oversee integrations and data migrations.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies and security regulations.

Education and Certifications

• Must be a US Citizen.
• Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• Oracle Certified Professional certification is a plus.

Compensation

$145,000 – $173,500 (based on the National Capital Region)

The pay range at Savantage Solutions is a general guideline and not a guarantee of salary. This range is based on the National Capital Region and may vary by geographic location.
