Qualifications
- 10+ years of Oracle or similar technology experience with oversight/management of large tech implementations.
- Minimum 7 years in Financial Services vertical (Capital Markets, Banks, or Consumer Finance).
- Experience translating business needs to IT solutions and leading multi-team programs.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-pillar Oracle transformation engagements delivering business value.
- Partner with executives to define solutions, approach, and project teams.
- Ensure program objectives are met across scope, timeline, and budget.
- Prepare and facilitate executive-level discussions on strategic decisions.
- Grow existing clients through trusted relationships and high-quality delivery.
- Mentor junior professionals and contribute to services IP and thought leadership.
