Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services team is seeking a Senior Manager to lead complex Oracle finance implementations and service engagements across client organizations. You will translate business requirements into technical specifications and drive architecture design with cross-functional teams.

You will manage delivery, pursue new opportunities, and ensure engagement economics while mentoring staff and coordinating large transformation programs within a hybrid client-serving model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• 5–7 years relevant Oracle finance modules experience.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials end-to-end processes.
• Ability to lead engagements and drive pursuits.
• Proven experience mapping technology cost-benefit scenarios.
• Hands-on configuration experience with Oracle applications.
