Qualifications
- 10+ years in Oracle or similar technology with oversight/management experience.
- Strong background in Financial Services and client-facing delivery.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into technical strategies and mentor teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead multi-pillar Oracle transformation engagements and ensure business value delivery.
- Partner with executives to define approaches and assemble delivery teams.
- Ensure objectives are met across scope, timelines, and budgets.
- Prepare and facilitate executive-level communications and stakeholder updates.
- Act as Subject Matter Expert for Services to grow client relationships and delivery quality.
- Mentor junior professionals and develop industry-specific viewpoints on ERP/SCM.
- Provide industry insights and guidance in ERP and Supply Chain domains.
