Job summary

EY is seeking a Senior Manager in Oracle Services to lead engagement delivery and drive complex Oracle Finance/ERP initiatives. You will translate business requirements into technical designs, supervise and mentor consulting teams, and ensure successful implementations across finance, SCM, and EPM domains.

You will interact with business and technology stakeholders, manage engagements, and guide SaaS implementations while maintaining a strong focus on quality and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• 5–7 years of Oracle Finance module experience as a solution architect and leading engagements/pursuits.
• Deep knowledge of Oracle Financials end-to-end processes and integrations with other modules.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams as a leader and contributor.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Self-starter with a desire to learn and grow.
• Drive transformation across the project lifecycle.
• Experience leading SaaS implementations.
• Ability to interact with finance and technology executives and end users.
• Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally.
• Strong decision-making to solve complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work.
• Understand system development lifecycle and technology business architecture.
• Adapt quickly to evolving technology landscape and client priorities.
• Travel to client sites 60%.
• Accounting background, preferably having worked as an accountant.
• Previously led large transformation projects.
• Grown through ranks to understand demands at all levels.
• Hands-on configuration experience.
• Ability to solution-architect a system beyond finance.
