Motorola Solutions is seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst specialized in Oracle CPQ to optimize the CPQ platform for the Sales organization. You will bridge business objectives with technical execution, map and streamline processes, and drive the Voice of the User into the CPQ roadmap.

You will lead discovery sessions, document requirements, support product configuration and pricing rules, and collaborate with UI/UX and IT teams to deliver a modern, intuitive quoting experience.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years of IT professional work experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good knowledge of the Lead-to-Cash (LTC) lifecycle and sales technology best practices
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Aufgaben

• Map As-Is and To-Be processes to identify gaps in the seller experience and design optimized end-to-end workflows
• Lead discovery sessions with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional requirements, user stories, and technical specifications
• Represent the Voice of the User to ensure the CPQ roadmap prioritizes high-impact features that improve sales efficiencies
• Define workflows of product configuration, pricing rules, guided selling, and approvals within the Oracle CPQ Cloud environment
• Partner with UI/UX and IT teams to enhance the user interface for the quoting tool
• Serve as a cross-functional liaison between Sales and IT to ensure solutions meet KPIs
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), develop test plans, and ensure requirements are met
• Facilitate platform adoption with training documentation and end-user support
