Job summary

Motorola Solutions in Chicago, IL is seeking a Senior Oracle CPQ Product Owner to shape the Oracle CPQ Cloud platform, align with sales, finance, and operations, and drive end-to-end quoting improvements.

You will own the product backlog, collaborate with stakeholders and engineering, lead UAT and deployments, and use data-driven insights to optimize pricing and quote-to-order processes.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Product Ownership, IT consulting, or Oracle applications.
• Strong understanding of Sales and Quote-to-Order (Q2O) processes including CRM, CPQ and ERP.
• Proven ability to partner with business and technical teams in Agile or hybrid environments.

Responsibilities

• Define, communicate, and drive the product vision, roadmap, and backlog.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams; report progress to leadership.
• Oversee UAT, deployment readiness, and post-launch support for CPQ features.
• Adapt pricing, quoting, and sales processes based on data-driven insights.
