Qualifications

• 15+ years of consulting experience, including 6+ years with IBM in managing projects/programs for public sector clients.
• Experience with ERP and HCM SaaS, preferably Oracle Cloud.
• Experience as architect/solutions specialist, business development manager, or project manager.
• Track record of developing new add-on, profitable business.
• Strong communication and presentation skills with client relationships.
• Collaborative team player in IBM-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and curiosity to solve problems.
• Deep knowledge of public sector orgs, processes, challenges, systems, and tech.
• Active participation in professional associations and industry roundtables.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple projects for public sector clients, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and executive sponsorship.
• Drive delivery-led growth and partnerships with public sector clients.
• Provide leadership in structuring large multi-year engagements with sub-contractors.
• Write statements of work understood by client and IBM staff.
• Identify and pursue new profitable opportunities within existing accounts.
• Participate in sales and pre-sales for public sector pursuits.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams with project managers and delivery leadership.
• Expand IBM service lines within public sector clients.
• Establish and maintain relationships with public sector associations and regulators.
