Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Oracle portfolio and ecosystem to identify opportunities for growth.
• Experience managing and growing large, complex accounts with multiple stakeholders.
• Expertise in developing and implementing business growth strategies aligned with objectives.

Responsibilities

• Provide sub-industry delivery leadership across multiple engagements in a blended delivery model.
• Drive methodology and service delivery framework with IBM practices for Oracle services.
• Improve customer engagement processes, tracking tools, and systems.
• Coach and mentor consultants; ensure staffing and engagement levels.
• Manage risk across implementation phases, including expectations, pricing, and staffing.
• Communicate and act to resolve client satisfaction issues during engagements.
• Collaborate with marketing and sales to promote sub-industry differentiation.
• Build multidisciplinary relationships to enable qualified sales pipelines.
• Stay informed on market trends to drive innovation and positioning.
• Provide thought leadership on next-gen tech and IP opportunities.
• Lead escalations and prioritize opportunities to improve delivery.
• Implement KPIs and take corrective actions when needed.
• Lead negotiations with stakeholders within the customer portfolio.
