Job summary

TerraPower is seeking a Senior Finance Systems Analyst to support Oracle Cloud and Oracle EBS procurement-to-pay processes, with a strong emphasis on ERP improvements, data quality, and compliance. The role requires extensive experience with P2P cycles and collaboration across Finance, Procurement, and IT teams.

The candidate will manage ERP projects, drive process enhancements, and coordinate with external vendors and internal partners to ensure scalable, efficient systems.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years of Oracle Procure to Pay experience (EBS or Cloud).
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Information Systems, Finance, or related field.
• Oracle Cloud P2P experience (at least one implementation or production support).
• Oracle EBS P2P experience.
• Understanding of business, finance, and accounting functions.
• Oracle Cloud P2P certification a plus.
• Oracle Procurement Punchout experience a plus.
• Integrations to external systems like Concur.
• Strong cross-functional communication abilities.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• SQL, DBMS, and PowerBI reporting knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with SaaS enterprise apps (Oracle Cloud, Concur) in orgs with government grants/contracts.
• Excellent technical documentation and presentation skills.
• Capable of quickly learning new information and technologies.
• Capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Establish strong working relationship with Finance, Procurement, Project teams, and key business partners to ensure timely communication of integration projects to all stakeholders.
• Assist with identifying, designing, testing, and implementing ERP functionality and improvements; manage backlog post ERP implementation and triage priorities with Change Advisory Committee approval.
• Serve as POC for procurement teams for report enhancement, process improvements, and KPI data.
• Gather and document business requirements; consult with stakeholders to prioritize, develop, and deploy solutions.
• Drive end-to-end Cloud ERP service requests, enhancements and Change Requests through TerraPower JIRA.
• Lead cross-functional training events on ERP processes and platform changes.
• Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide recommendations on new initiatives.
• Support Confluence Knowledge Base with process diagrams and SOPs, and train others.
• Independently manage concurrent initiatives with external support vendor for config and process improvements, and day-to-day tickets.
• Support quarterly Oracle upgrades with stakeholders and prepare documents for Change Advisory Board.
• Continuously evaluate and refine applications and processes for efficiency and scalability.
