Job summary

CoStar Group seeks a Lead Functional ERP Analyst to support our Oracle Cloud ERP across P2P and R2R processes from Arlington, VA. The role focuses on design, configuration, and deployment within a global finance context.

You will drive transformation initiatives, support integrations, and ensure SOX compliance while collaborating with Finance, IT, and external partners. In-office, Monday–Friday, the position reports to the Director of Financial Business Systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of ERP/Financial Systems/related experience.
• 5+ years hands‑on Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
• Experience implementing and configuring Oracle Cloud Financials and Procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P and/or R2R processes.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, solution design, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, Treasury, and Internal Controls teams to document and analyze current and future state processes.
• Lead requirements elicitation for Oracle Cloud implementations and transformation initiatives.
• Translate process improvements into detailed functional requirements and designs.
• Facilitate workshops and design sessions with business and technical stakeholders.
• Implement and support Oracle Financials and Procurement Cloud ERP as the strategic finance platform.
• Serve as SME for Oracle Cloud ERP modules including Procurement, GL, AP, SLA, and more.
• Develop and review functional specs for reports, integrations, and data conversions.
