Terracon seeks a Senior Financial Analyst to deliver senior-level financial analysis and operational finance support for complex projects in an engineering consulting environment. You will partner with project teams to enhance forecasting, revenue recognition, and invoicing while promoting robust project controls.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field with 7+ years' experience; or, in lieu of a degree, 11 years' related experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Expert knowledge of GAAP and finance principles; working with database tools.
• Advanced Excel proficiency with pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and advanced formulas.
• Experience with Oracle ERP/Oracle Cloud for project finance and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with project and program teams to review status, performance, budgets, forecasts, billing, and risks.
• Analyze project finances to identify variances, trends, and opportunities needing action.
• Prepare recurring and ad hoc financial reports and dashboards using Oracle, Excel, and BI tools.
• Oversee invoicing accuracy and timeliness for complex regional projects or programs.
• Review contracts for billing, revenue recognition, change provisions, and financial implications.
• Support project setup to align information, billing, budgets, and controls with contracts.
• Monitor WIP, AR, invoicing status, collections, and project profitability.
