Job summary

CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Lead Functional ERP Analyst to support our Oracle Cloud ERP across P2P and R2R. You will partner with Finance, Accounting, Procurement, Tax, and Internal Controls to design, configure, and deploy the system.

You will lead requirements, workshops, testing, data migration, and reporting development using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View, ensuring SOX compliance and scalable finance transformations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP/Financial Systems experience.
• 5+ years hands-on Oracle Cloud ERP experience.
• Experience with Oracle Financials and Procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P/R2R processes.
• Experience leading requirements gathering and testing.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze current-state and future-state business processes.
• Lead requirements elicitation for Oracle Cloud implementations.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and configurations.
• Lead SIT, UAT, CRP, and deployment activities.
• Develop reports, integrations, and data mappings.
