Job summary

CoStar Group in Arlington, VA is seeking a Lead Functional ERP Analyst to support Oracle Cloud ERP across P2P and R2R with a global footprint. The role reports to the Director of Financial Business Systems and requires delivering end-to-end Oracle Cloud implementations, global rollouts, and finance transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of ERP / Financial Systems experience.
• 5+ years Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite experience.
• Experience configuring Oracle Cloud Financials and Procurement modules.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end P2P / R2R processes.
• Experience leading requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Excellent analytical and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Document current-state and future-state business processes with Finance, Accounting, Procurement teams.
• Lead requirements elicitation for Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, and transformations.
• Translate requirements into functional designs and solution specifications.
• Facilitate workshops, fit-gap analyses, and design sessions with stakeholders.
• Configure Oracle Cloud applications for Procure-to-Pay and Record-to-Report processes.
• Lead SIT, UAT, CRP, and deployment activities.
• Support data migration and conversion from acquisitions and rollouts.
• Develop reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and FRS.
