Job summary

Elire seeks a Senior Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead in Minneapolis to drive end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementations. You will lead functional workstreams and work hands‑on across core HR, Talent Management, and Recruiting Cloud while guiding design, configuration, testing, and client advisory services.

Ideal candidates bring 7+ years of Oracle HCM experience, strong leadership, and English communication skills.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Oracle HCM or related enterprise HCM experience, incl. hands-on Oracle Cloud HCM
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in related field
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications or active progress toward relevant paths
• Willingness to travel up to 30% as needed
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Cloud HCM functional workstreams across implementations, optimizations, enhancements, and support
• Facilitate requirements gathering, design workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution discussions with stakeholders
• Design and configure scalable Oracle Cloud Core HR solutions and related business processes
• Support Talent Management and Recruiting Cloud processes and related activities
• Translate requirements into functional designs, workbooks, flows, user stories, and test assets
• Hands-on configuration, troubleshooting, and functional support throughout the lifecycle
• Develop and troubleshoot OTBI and BI Publisher reporting solutions
• Build and support HCM Extracts for outbound data and integrations
• Develop or troubleshoot Fast Formulas for eligibility, validations, calculations
• Support data conversion using HDL, HSDL, spreadsheets, and Oracle tools
• Partner with technical teams on OIC, APIs, interfaces, security, and end-to-end design
• Lead system integration testing and user acceptance testing including defect triage
• Support cutover planning, production readiness, go-live, and stabilization
• Evaluate Oracle AI features for HCM and drive adoption
• Mentor team members and contribute to Elire's Cloud HCM standards
