Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services Technology practice seeks a Senior Manager to translate business requirements into technical specifications and design architectures. You will collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver effective system solutions and lead client engagements across large, complex initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in Oracle finance modules as a solution architect, leading engagements and pursuits.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials end-to-end processes and their integration with Supply Chain, HCM, and EPM.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external teams as a leader and individual contributor.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Self-starter with willingness to learn and grow.
• Drive transformation throughout the project lifecycle and implementation phases.
• Demonstrates the ability to lead SaaS implementations.
• Interact with finance and technology executives and business subject matter experts.
• Develop long-term relationships and networks internally and externally.
• Demonstrate strong decision-making skills in solving complex problems.
• Modify policies and establish procedures within the scope of work.
• Exercise sound judgment in methods and delivery.
• Understand SDLC and technology business architecture frameworks.
• Adapt quickly to evolving technology landscape and priorities.
• Ability to travel to client sites 60%+.
