Job summary

EY Chicago is seeking a Senior Manager in Oracle Services Technology to lead engagements, translate business requirements into technical specifications, and design effective system architectures. You will collaborate with business and technical teams, manage complex finance-related initiatives, and drive SaaS implementation efforts across client projects.

You will work in a dynamic team, overseeing resources, budgets, and quality while traveling to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience in Oracle finance modules acting as a solution architect and leading engagements.
• In-depth knowledge of Oracle Financials end-to-end processes and integration with SCM, HCM, and EPM.
• Ability to lead and collaborate with internal and external teams as a leader and individual contributor.
• Strong communication and listening skills; ability to influence and negotiate.
• Self-starter with desire to learn and grow professionally.
• Experience leading SaaS implementations and communicating with senior executives.
• Ability to travel to client sites 60%+.
