Job summary

EY’s Oracle Services practice seeks a Manager in Application Design and Development to lead delivery of complex ERP projects. You’ll guide projects from planning through closure, engage clients, and manage risk and quality.

Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in SCM/Finance implementations, strong integration skills with Oracle Cloud/EBS, and willingness to travel. EY offers a hybrid US work model and a comprehensive rewards package.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 4–6 years of relevant experience.
• 4–6 years experience in SCM/Finance application implementations as a Technical Lead or similar.
• 2–3 full cycle Oracle SCM/ERP Cloud and 3–4 Oracle EBS implementations.
• Hands-on with FBDI, OTBI, REST and SOAP.
• Proven experience with Oracle integrations using common platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop solutions to complex problems and establish procedures.
• Exercise judgment to select methods and evaluation criteria.
• Provide direction and feedback to team members for task completion.
• Travel 60–80% of the work schedule as required.
