Job summary

DePaul University is seeking an Oracle Cloud specialist who can support all Oracle Cloud modules—configurations, reports, security, testing, and user training. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and Finance to identify features and improvements, document setups, and mentor junior developers.

With 5–7 years in Oracle Cloud HCM, ERP and EPBCS, you will design data conversion, troubleshoot testing issues, and stay current with best practices and new cloud technologies to meet business goals.

Qualifications

5-7 years experience working on most Oracle Cloud-based HCM, ERP and EPBCS modules.
Experience in requirements gathering, design, development, and testing of Oracle Cloud applications.
Experience supporting Oracle HCM and ERP modules (Recruiting, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll, Purchasing, GL, AP).

Responsibilities

Responsible for supporting all Oracle Cloud modules - configurations, reports and interfaces, security, testing and user training.
Advises users on options, risks, and impacts on other processes or systems; mentors intermediate/associate developers.
Partners with HR, Payroll, and Finance to identify and implement features; configures Oracle Cloud to meet requirements.
