Job summary

DRW, headquartered in Chicago, seeks a software developer to design, implement, and maintain Oracle-based solutions for internal teams. You will collaborate with end-users to define requirements, build scalable APEX applications, and integrate with existing Oracle systems.

The role emphasizes performance tuning, documentation, and adherence to coding standards, with exposure to REST services and containerized environments. Hybrid options may exist in some teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of application development experience.
• 3+ years Oracle PL/SQL.
• 3+ years Oracle APEX experience.
• Experience with data modeling.
• Experience with GIT version control.
• Scripting language experience (shell scripting, python, node, etc..)

Responsibilities

• Work closely with end-users to define specifications and develop software solutions
• Maintain and support existing Oracle systems and various integrations to other third-party systems
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize APEX applications for performance.
• Write clear technical documentation for developed applications, processes, and APIs.
