Job summary

DRW is a diversified trading firm that designs, develops, and supports custom software solutions using Oracle APEX, Oracle Database, SQL and PL/SQL to address internal teams’ needs. The role emphasizes collaborating with end users to define specs, maintaining Oracle systems, and refining development processes with an eye toward performance and scalability.

We seek professionals with 5+ years in application development, 3+ years Oracle PL/SQL and APEX, plus data modeling and Git experience.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in application development.
• 3 years Oracle PL/SQL and Oracle APEX.
• Experience with data modeling and Git version control.
• Scripting language experience (shell, Python, Node).

Responsibilities

• Work closely with end-users to define specifications and develop software solutions.
• Work in a complex and non-routine environment requiring advanced technical/business skills.
• Maintain and support existing Oracle systems and various integrations to other third-party systems.
• Participate in the improvement of development processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize APEX applications for performance.
• Write clear technical documentation for developed applications, processes, and APIs.
