• Serve as the lead technical resource and primary owner for the Amazon Connect platform.

• Build Proofs of Concept (POCs) and provide technical recommendations for future platform growth.
• Lead implementation of new Amazon Connect features and capabilities.
• Troubleshoot complex production issues, perform root cause analysis (RCA), and implement corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain integrations between Amazon Connect and enterprise CRM platforms.

Our client is looking to hire a Senior or Lead AWS Connect Engineer. This resource will be responsible for everything end to end. This is a scratch effort whoever it's going to do enhancements to go along with some new development and need to have strong enough communication skills to talk with business stakeholders. The full JD is below but they're looking for someone who has 6-8 years of enterprise level hands on experience with Amazon Connect and need to have done lambda dev in Python.

This position can sit remote but most be EST or CST. This will be a long term contract.

With submissions must include LinkedIn profiles and two managerial references with work emails.

They aren't looking for an admin or architect for this opening.
