vTech Solution seeks an experienced AWS Connect Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Amazon Connect contact center solutions, integrations, reporting, and support operations in a hybrid work environment.

You will design and manage Amazon Connect contact flows, routing, and user configurations, build dashboards and KPI tracking, and integrate with CRM systems alongside AWS services like Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, and Lex.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services.
• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect CCaaS.
• Experience with AWS CI/CD for deploying and customizing AWS Connect.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Job Summary

Seeking an experienced AWS Connect Specialist to design, implement, and optimize Amazon Connect contact center solutions, integrations, reporting, and support operations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

• Design and manage Amazon Connect contact flows, routing, and user configurations.
• Build reporting, dashboards, KPI tracking, and outbound campaigns.
• Integrate AWS Connect with CRM systems and AWS services such as Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, and S3.

Required Skills & Certifications

• Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect CCaaS.
• Hands-on AWS CI/CD experience for deploying and customizing AWS Connect.
• 3+ years of experience with Amazon Connect and AWS cloud services.
• Experience with Lambda, DynamoDB, S3, Lex, VoIP, CX strategies, and system integration.
• Experience with workforce optimization and KPI/dashboard reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.

Preferred Skills & Certifications

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect or AWS Certified Developer.
• Strong stakeholder communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Special Considerations

• Must follow security, compliance, and change management protocols.

Scheduling

• Hybrid work schedule with an expectation to be on-site 3 days per week.
