Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Answer phones and assist customers in a positive, service-oriented manner.
• Receive, store, and distribute daily stock from vendors; maintain inventory locations.
• Perform data entry of supply orders; support par-levels and Kanban processes.
• Audit shipments against packing lists and purchase orders; report discrepancies.
• Access MMIS to identify stocking locations; assist with automated receiving tasks.
• Communicate issues to supervisor and replenish stock as needed.
• Attend daily huddles and participate in continuous improvement activities.
