Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a General Stores Inventory Associate in Chicago for the 2nd shift. You will manage 2-Bin inventories, pick and replenish items with accuracy, and restock bins. The role includes receiving, distribution, and maintaining a clean, organized General Stores area.

Responsibilities cover ongoing cycle counts, using DemandTrack for velocity insights, and ensuring FEFO inventory practices while supporting the Supply Chain Leader.

Qualifications

• High School diploma. 12 months experience; stocking experience and/or receiving experience preferred.
• Good communication and customer relations skills. Strong organizational and math abilities.
• Must be computer literate and able to work as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and adapting quickly.

Responsibilities

• Manage 2-Bin inventory locations, keep bins organized and in compliance with 2-Bin standards.
• Pick and replenish inventory with 100% accuracy; deliver replenishments to correct locations.
• Restock 2-Bins and perform cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy; check for expired products.
• Use DemandTrack to assess velocity and adjust PAR; perform General Stores receiving and distribution tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and proper disposal of debris; assist with non-conforming product processes.
