Job summary

The position involves Saturday and Sunday shifts from 12:00pm to 10:30pm with occasional weekdays, collaborating with physicians and staff to ensure availability of necessary supplies for procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in healthcare or inventory roles is a plus.
• Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and maintain inventory levels of surgical supplies, instruments, and equipment in the operating room.
• Regularly check stock levels, identify low-stock items, and initiate requisitions to replenish supplies.
• Assemble and deliver case carts for use during surgical procedures.
• Procure and maintain inventory levels for disposable items used in surgical procedures.
• Arrange and organize supplies, instruments, and equipment in designated storage areas within the operating room.
• Label and track storage items to facilitate easy identification and retrieval.
• Complete bill-only purchase orders for vendor items that do not require receipt.
