UChicago Medicine is seeking a Registry Sr. Stock Clerk at the Hyde Park location. This is a 100% onsite role in the greater Chicagoland area with responsibilities across peri-operative supply chain, inventory control, data entry, and replenishment processes.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively; orally and in writing.
• Basic Excel skills with average proficiency or above.
• Computer-related tasks involving data input in a materials management information system.
• Basic user in Microsoft Excel and Access programs.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones in assigned areas to assist customers with a positive tone.
• Receive, store or re-shelve daily stock shipments from vendors and internal sources and distribute to inventory locations.
• Perform data entry of supply orders into the materials management system and support inventory management.
• Monitor par-levels and assist with reorders based on activity and requests.
• Audit shipments for correct units received and resolve discrepancies with supervisor.
• Access MMIS to identify stocking locations and perform automated receiving tasks under supervision.
• Communicate daily with management about issues or outages; assist with replenishment within scheduled routes.
• Attend daily MDI huddles to discuss area metrics and schedules; perform other duties as assigned.
