Job summary

TD Securities in New York seeks a Senior Operations Analyst for Options Clearing to ensure daily trade break reconciliation, allocation, and timely clearance of US option trades. The role partners with Operations, Trading and Technology to maintain strong control infrastructure.

The candidate will review records for regulatory compliance, monitor controls, and participate in process improvement initiatives, working late nights and Saturdays if required.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree or 5+ years of relevant operations experience.
• Knowledge of Broadridge (BPS, OAES), OCC Encore and WEX/OMS systems.
• Experience with Options Clearing and related equities clearing functions.
• Familiarity with Options Regulations and regulatory reporting a plus.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite including Excel and Outlook; strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal/external clients to ensure governance and control requirements are understood and followed.
• Develop relationships with Operations, Trading, Streetside counterparties, and Technology for efficient operations.
• Review records to ensure accuracy and completeness for regulatory standards.
• Monitor controls, review exception reports, and escalate as needed.
• Lead process improvements and strategic projects within Operations.
