Job summary

TD Securities is seeking a Senior Options Analyst to join their Operations team in New York. This hands-on role serves as a point-person for trade break reconciliation, allocation, and timely clearance of US option trades.

You will uphold firm governance, partner with Operations, Trading and Technology, and help strengthen the control environment in line with regulatory standards and firm policies. The position requires 5+ years of experience, a BS/BA, and strong analytical skills.

Qualifications

• BS/BA degree and 5+ years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of Broadridge (BPS and OAES).
• Experience with OCC Encore, WEX, and options clearing.
• Proficient in Office 365 suite including Excel and Outlook.
• Strong analytical and time management skills.
• Willingness to work late nights and Saturdays as required.
• Ability to communicate professionally through written and verbal skills.
• Demonstrates organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review records to ensure accuracy and completeness, in order to meet firm and regulatory standards.

• Responsible for managing communications to internal/external partners.
• Opportunities to work on projects involving process improvements and other strategic initiatives.

Job Description

TD Securities is looking for a Senior Options Analyst to join their Operations team. This position is hands‑on and primarily serves as a point‑person for ensuring trade break reconciliation, allocation, and timely clearance for all US option trades. The role will ensure daily activities within operations adhere to firm governance requirements and will partner with the rest of the TD Securities team to ensure a strong control infrastructure in accordance with firm and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal/external clients to ensure governance/control requirements are understood and adhered to.
• Develop relationships with applicable members of Operations, Trading, Streetside counterparties, and Technology to ensure partnership and efficient operation and coordination.
• Review records to ensure accuracy and completeness, in order to meet firm and regulatory standards.
• Monitor controls, review exception reports, and escalate as needed.
• Responsible for managing communications to internal/external partners.
• Opportunities to work on projects involving process improvements and other strategic initiatives.
