Job summary

Visionworks seeks a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of the store, delivering the patient journey with human and bold service. The role requires optical product knowledge, licensing where required, and the ability to hit daily sales goals.

The ideal candidate has 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, a high school diploma, and a commitment to exceptional customer care in a fast-paced retail environment. Part-time schedule with benefits available.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience necessary ( Visionworks or other ).
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals.
