Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead to be the face of the store, guiding customers through the eyewear journey with warmth and expertise.

The role requires 12 months of optical experience or ABO certification, a HS diploma, and a passion for customer care. You will drive sales, advise on products, and help ensure customers look great and see great with a bold, human touch.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required (Visionworks or other) or ABO Certification in lieu of experience
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to meet sales goals and deliver excellent patient experience

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product knowledge through cont. training and development to ensure eyewear is Right the First Time. May troubleshoot eyewear needs as necessary
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals including opening and closing the store as needed in LEAD positions only
