Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead for our store to ensure an outstanding patient journey and meet eyewear needs in a simple, human and bold way.

The role requires optical experience (12 months) or ABO Certification, a HS diploma/GED, and license compliance as per state guidelines. This is a part-time position with opportunities for bonuses and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification.
• HS diploma or GED (or equivalent).
• Maintain state optical license requirements as needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by optimizing customer/patient experience.
• Engage with patients and recommend eye care products/services.
• Measure patients for eyewear and maintain optical knowledge through training.
• Support store operations including opening/closing in LEAD roles.
