Job summary

Donnelly- is seeking a Senior Optical Network Engineer to support the Corporate Communications Transmission Network (CCTN) in New York, NY. Qualifications

Strong DWDM optical transport design and operation experience.
Knowledge of fiber-optic communications, transmission theory, and power budgets.
Hands-on testing with OTDRs, power meters, and spectrum analyzers.
Ability to create drawings, scopes of work, BOMs and MOPs.

Responsibilities

Design, implement, maintain and troubleshoot optical transport networks.
Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for upgrades and restorations.
Develop procedures, test plans, and as-built documentation.
Support critical infrastructure like SCADA, EMS, OT, and cyber security.
