ProSync Technology Group, LLC seeks a Senior-Level Physical Security Specialist to lead comprehensive security programs for DoD and IC missions. The role protects personnel, facilities, and classified information through risk-based planning and compliance oversight.

The candidate will oversee policy development, assessments, and vulnerability mitigation, coordinating with government stakeholders and facility teams while mentoring junior staff and guiding continuity and force protection efforts.

Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience managing complex physical security programs.
• Knowledge of DoD and Intelligence Community security requirements.
• Ability to obtain and maintain PSC within one year and hold active IAT/IAM Level II certification.

Aufgaben

• Lead physical security programs for classified facilities and sensitive government programs.
• Develop and oversee physical security policies, procedures, and protection strategies.
• Conduct comprehensive physical security assessments and risk evaluations.
• Provide recommendations to leadership on protection and risk mitigation.
• Oversee compliance with DoD and IC requirements and lead inspections and corrective actions.
• Coordinate with government customers, engineers, facility managers, and security stakeholders.
• Develop executive-level risk assessments, briefs, and reports for senior leadership.
• Mentor junior security personnel and support continuity and force protection initiatives.
