Job summary

Elanco is seeking a Sr. Specialist – Training Coordinator to support the manufacturing organization by driving and coordinating the training program within operations.

You will manage onboarding, ensure consistency across training programs, maintain training KPIs, and schedule activities while supporting the business through efficient delivery. The role requires GMP knowledge, experience in drafting and reviewing documentation, and strong training coordination skills.

Qualifications

• GMP experience and ability to review and draft GMP-related docs.
• Experience developing and maintaining training curricula for operations.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, plan, and measure operations training activities.
• Lead trainer – ops trainer of trainers and support curricula development.
• Drive documentation lifecycle management (draft, review, approve, batch review).
• Support operations, uphold safety and quality culture.
