Job summary

Elanco, a global leader in animal health, is seeking an Operations Training Coordinator to lead trainer efforts at the Fort Dodge manufacturing site. This onsite role focuses on ensuring new hires reach competency through well-structured programs.

You will partner with operations supervisors, monitor onboarding, develop training plans, and maintain KPIs while upholding safety and quality. Candidates need a high school diploma and at least 3 years in GMP environments, plus strong IT proficiency

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in a GMP-regulated environment.
• Proven ability to train others and use IT systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead training programs for employees and ensure on-the-job trainers have resources.
• Monitor onboarding and progression to competency for new hires.
• Partner with operations to develop training plans and schedules.
• Establish and track training KPIs to measure effectiveness and readiness.
