Job summary

BioLife Plasma Services is seeking a Senior Operations Management Trainee to join a fast-paced leadership development program across U.S. plasma centers.

The program includes six months of intensive training, followed by a 12‑month window to secure a Plasma Center Manager role, with relocation during/after the program. Relocation is required upon graduation, and candidates should be prepared to travel up to 90–100% during training and to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience leading medium to large teams (20+ direct reports)
• Up to 90–100% travel during the Trainee Program
• Willingness to travel and work at various BioLife locations across the country
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Relocation required upon graduation/completion of Trainee Program

Responsibilities

• Drive learning and mentorship for a six‑month expeditated training program
• Lead and develop a diverse team across plasma centers
• Progress toward Plasma Center Operations Manager through networking and role expansion
• Support operations and problem-solving in a fast-paced team environment
• Ensure exceptional donor service and assist with production as needed
