Job summary

Aon plc in Fort Washington, PA is seeking an Ops & Tech Specialist III to support our Affinity Healthcare group in a hybrid role. You will lead deliverables, manage projects, and collaborate across IT, operations and healthcare leadership.

The role requires strong technical skills with AS400, AuMine, InsPro, Majesco, and related systems, plus SQL and Excel. You will translate business needs into technical requirements, oversee testing, and ensure timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of business experience preferably in the insurance industry.
• Strong technical capability to understand sophisticated processes, system logic and data flows.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across IT, operations, and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead for Affinity Healthcare Deliverables, Projects, and Technology Initiatives.
• Manage a mix of compliance requests, carrier rate changes and form filings.
• Translate business requirements into clear technical requirements and test plans.
• Support system testing, defect resolution, data validation, and post-implementation monitoring.
• Interact with multiple teams including IT, carriers, and healthcare leadership.
