Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems in Moorestown seeks an Operations Program Manager to lead the Next Gen Launchers manufacturing programs, balancing quality, cost and schedule while driving improvements across functions.

You will recruit, train and lead a small team, coordinate across factory operations, program office and sourcing, and report to the Launching Systems MPM Sr. Manager. This role requires U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain clearance.

Responsibilities

• Directly managing a small team in the successful execution of Next Gen Launchers Programs meeting quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Working across Moorestown teams including factory operations, program office, sourcing, and ensuring scope execution.
• Driving accountability and partnership across functions to deliver upon expectations.
• Leading strategy for continuously improving production performance.
• Personnel development and coaching.
• Earned Value Management responsibilities including baselines, support and recovery plans.
• Lead Pro Ops proposals efforts and develop accurate bids for future work.
• Communicate operations status and strategy to senior leadership and production execution teams.
