Job summary

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily operations within the Influence and Perception Management Office, aligning with strategic objectives.
• Develop and maintain quality control programs to ensure services meet high standards.
• Identify and mitigate security incidents, developing response measures for government leadership.
• Serve as Program Security Officer (PSO) for SAP/SAPF in SCIF and SAPF environments.
• Monitor access to SCIF/SAPF and ensure compliance with security requirements.
• Coordinate with OUSW(I&S) security offices and military services for guidance and resolution of issues.
• Initiate and coordinate Program Access Requests (PARS) and ACCM accesses.
• Update and maintain classified access management systems of record.
• Coordinate facility, equipment, and IT needs for SCIF/SAPF requirements.
• Prepare for and assist during required security inspections.
• Assist in developing policies for safeguarding SAP/SCI data and report status using CATMS/JSAP.
