Job summary

Arlo Solutions LLC is seeking a Physical Security Support SME to assist the Office Under Secretary of War for Intelligence & Security (OUSW I&S). The role is full-time and located in Pentagon, Arlington, VA, requiring an active TS/SCI clearance and independent handling of high-visibility duties.

You will support policy development, threat analysis, and coordination across DoW and interagency partners, ensuring alignment with security initiatives and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI clearance.
• 5 years of experience with DoW physical security, executive orders, and federal laws.
• At least 1 year developing briefing materials for peers and senior leadership.
• At least 1 year researching and analyzing DoW policy guidance documents and legal decisions.

Responsibilities

• Support development, staffing, and oversight of DoW physical security policies, manuals, and instructions.
• Assess physical security equipment, access control systems, and system requirements; produce standards and guidance.
• Coordinate with DoW components to align Emergency Management, Law Enforcement, Workplace Violence, Cyber Security, and other initiatives with DoW policy.
• Conduct security reviews and report on component implementation of physical security measures; provide expert advice.
